Light Herb Alfredo
1 lb. pasta
4 T butter
10 oz. cream
4 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup minced fresh herbs (basil, mint, watercress, italian parsley, chives)
Melt 2 oz. butter in pan and add cream and half the cheese. Keep warm.
Cook pasta. Drain and stir in the rest of butter and cheese. When every stand is coated, stir in cream sauce and herbs. Add pepper and serve at once
